• Repair rate of $24.00/hr

• Loaner instruments are available quickly and free during time needed to repair/replace an instrument.

• During the warranty period, if an instrument sold new by Hi Horns Music is damaged beyond playability and repair, Hi Horns Music will sell, to the original customer, one new identical model instrument replacement at dealer cost, plus the damaged instrument and its case. This is a one time offer only to the original purchaser.

• During the warranty period, if an instrument, or part of an instrument sold new by Hi Horns Music fails due to warrantied defects, Hi Horns Music will trade that instrument, or failed part, for another new, identical brand and model or part, free of charge, to the original customer.
